Assistant Business Unit Supervisor - Guest Correspondence

Hours for this position are Part Time

 

The Assistant Business Unit Supervisor - Guest Correspondence Primary Responsibilities:

Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.

Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Keeps Leadership informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information and identifying trends.

Respond to and resolve guest questions and comments received via Email, Phone and Social Media.

Input Guest Comments into the Guest Correspondence Database and correspond with Park Senior Leadership for resolutions.

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered

Office management experience required

Must be proficient in Microsoft systems such as Word and Excel

Demonstrated ability for strong decision-making and negotiation skills

Must have strong organization and time-management skills and be able to reinforce those skills among Team Members/direct reports

Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be proficient in Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Trip Advisor

Theme park experience preferred

Work indoors and outdoors

Must be available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. able to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays
