Business Unit Supervisor - Culinary Operations - Part Time

Hours for this position are Part Time


The Culinary Operations Business Unit Supervisor is responsible for:

Managing Area labor, cost of sales, revenue opportunities

Maintaining Area's facility integrity

Ensuring guest food safety, guest quality and World Class Service

Providing team member training

Coaching and counseling team member performance and completing required documentation

Maintaining the highest level of team member satisfaction

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

One year of Busch Gardens or Water Country USA Culinary Operations experience
