Manage daily inventory levels of assigned locations by placing all warehouse orders nightly, overseeing timely receiver verification, manage damage levels of product, and track/input all product movement from location to location. Perform weekly and end of month cycle counts and other inventory management tasks as needed to maintain inventory integrity.
Calculate cost of goods sold weekly and meet with department management to review inventory performance and determine upcoming product needs and out of stock items.
Ensure all facility supervisors follow standard operating procedures including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures. Initiate cash audits, perform surveillance audits, and track over/shorts for the department.
Ensure World Class Service, resolve immediate guest concerns, investigate and provide recommendations to correct reoccurring guest service issues, ensure all front line team members are providing the highest level of guest courtesy, recognize / reward team members who provide world class service, coach / discipline team members who are not meeting service standards
Manage labor budgets by conducting "real time" schedule edits to react to weekly business trends, recommend labor efficiencies, ensure high productivity of staff, react to business levels, complete all time off requests, employee maintenance and weekly schedules.
Set business unit sales goals for the team daily and track hourly results. Distribute and communicate results to the Facility team to ensure team member performance is exceeding expected levels.
Manage controllable expenses including labor, production supplies, and inventory accounts for assigned locations. Place orders for all production and office supplies.
Ensure TM safety, enforce safe work practices through the use of Standard Operating Procedures, train / coach team members on safe work practices, document / correct team members who are not following safe work practices. Implement store specific injury reduction plans based on current trends.
Provide on-going training to the facility leadership team by coordinating and documenting OJT training, support and develop facility supervisor growth through coaching and communication of best practices and Standard Operating Procedures
Attend department and company leadership development courses and build development plans for assigned supervisors.
Make recommendations for facility supervisor positions.
Maintain the highest level of team member satisfaction, communicate daily to team members, supervision and management
Maintain facility integrity by touring area of responsibility to identify maintenance related items, communicate immediate concerns and follow up on completion, ensure cleaning checklists are accomplished, ensure opening and closing procedures are followed and maintain quality displays at all responsible locations.

High School/equivalent preferred
Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, basic math skills, ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, ability to mediate time management and conflict management effectively.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
