Business Unit Supervisor - Photo

The Business Unit Supervisor – Photo Operations is responsible for:

Setting business unit targets in conversion percent, shooting percent, average transaction and rider per caps; planning and implementing sales contests and incentive programs; setting daily sales goals and coaching team members that are not meeting expectations

Trouble shooting common photo system equipment failures and partnering with technical services team to reduce system down time; maintaining accurate logs of photo equipment down time and set targets for down time improvement

Ensuring team members are providing World Class Service; recognizing / rewarding above standard behavior, coaching / disciplining those not meeting expectations, resolving immediate guest concerns, investigating and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest service issues

Managing labor budgets by conducting “real time” schedule edits to react to weekly business trends; recommending labor efficiencies; ensuring high productivity of staff; reacting to business levels; completing all time off requests, Palm Tree maintenance, and weekly schedules

Ensuring Facility Supervisors follow all standard operating procedures are followed including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures; assisting in cash audits and performing inspections of theft deterrent devices

Managing controllable expenses including labor, production supplies, and inventory accounts for assigned locations; placing orders for all production and office supplies

Managing inventory levels by completing daily stocking tasks; timely receiver verification; communicating max/min adjustments; performing RTVs, inventory adjustments, and other inventory management tasks as needed to maintain inventory integrity; meeting with department leadership and park merchandiser to recommend product needs and out of stocks

Touring area of responsibility to identify maintenance related items, communicating immediate concerns and following up on completion, ensuring opening/closing procedures are followed, and maintaining store layout in accordance with facility plan-o-grams; partnering with park visual merchandise group to execute store plans

Ensuring team member safety

Provide on-going training to the Facility Supervisory leadership team
