Clerk D Games
The Games Clerk D is responsible for:
Manage incoming telephone calls and message distribution.
Use Microsoft Office Software to manage Games Department written communications.
Maintain Games team member files with respect for privacy of information.
Data entry of Games Department statistics, creation and distribution of reports.
Daily distribution/balancing of change fund and submission of collected revenues.
Work with Games Supervisor to maintain area schedules and time off.
Monitor team member revenue bags to ensure that they are maintained at the designated levels.
Other duties as assigned
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
1 year park experience preferred
Strong office management skills, ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Key entry speed of 50 WPM or more, strong interpersonal skills (telephone, face to face, and written)
Available to work nights and weekends when park is open.
