Cook - Food and Wine Festival

Hours for this position are Part Time

 

The Food & Wine Festival Cooks are responsible for production, plating, and garnishing of food served at all kiosks for the Food & Wine Festival.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Producing and/or reheating menu items for guest consumption

Plating menu items for guest consumption, ensuring presentation is consistent and meets company standards

Finish and garnish menu items

Assist with quality control of all menu items via sampling, temperature control, and following standards established by the Health Department

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

High School Diploma / GED required

Completion of or currently enrolled in Culinary or Hospitality school preferred
