Culinary Trainer

Effectively train and educate new team members including but not limited to the following-

Educate and train new team members on the guest experience, conduct classroom education experiences,

Achieve high level of team member satisfaction,

Ensure a positive guest experience through team member training,

Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members,

Comply with all department and company standards and government regulations,

Complete duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Possess ability to multi-task, conduct oneself in a professional manner and be punctual,

Ability to become ServSafe Food Safety Managers certified,

Ability to become ServSafe Responsible Alcohol Service certified,

Possess basic computer skills,

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, early mornings and late nights,

Must successfully pass training class, including verbal presentations.
