Facility Supervisor - Culinary Operations

The Culinary Operations Facility Supervisor is responsible for:

Managing Daily Labor, Cost of Sales, Revenue Opportunities

Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed, guest food safety, guest quality, team member safety

Providing team member training

Coaching and counseling team member performance

Maintaining the highest level of team member satisfaction

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

One month of Busch Gardens or Water Country USA Culinary Operations experience
