The Games Facility Supervisor oversees daily operations for assigned games operations:
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures.
Ensure World Class Service, resolve immediate guest concerns, investigate and provide recommendations to correct reoccurring guest service issues, ensure all front line team members are providing the highest level of guest courtesy, recognize / reward team members who provide world class service, coach / counsel team members who are not meeting service standards
Maintain facility integrity by touring area of responsibility to identify maintenance related items, communicate immediate concerns and follow up on completion, ensure cleaning checklists are accomplished, ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
Track daily sales goals. Award exceptional behavior and coach team members that are failing to meet expectations.
Oversee and set the daily break schedules of all assigned team members.
Manage daily inventory levels of assigned locations by completing daily stocking tasks, timely receiver verification and communicating nightly orders to the Business Unit team. Perform weekly and month end physical counts of all locations.
Ensure TM safety, enforce safe work practices through the use of Standard Operating Procedures, train / coach team members on safe work practices, document / correct team members who are not following safe work practices
Provide TM training by coordinating and documenting OJT training, support and develop team members growth through coaching and communication of best practices and Standard Operating Procedures
Attend department and company leadership development courses and build development plans for assigned team members
Maintain the highest level of team member satisfaction, communicate daily to team members, supervision and management
Manage controllable expenses including labor, production supplies, and inventory accounts for assigned locations.

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
1 Year theme park experience preferred
1 Year supervisory experience preferred
Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
Ability to mediate time management and conflict management effectively
Ability to drive company vehicle to transport product
