Food and Wine Festival Culinary Attendant (Seasonal)

Food and Wine Festival offers Busch Gardens' guests a culinary adventure through authentic tastes from around the world. The Food & Wine Festival Attendant is responsible for producing and serving a variety of menu items only found during the Food and Wine Festival. Daily duties include producing menu items for park guests, plating and garnishing menu items that stimulate the palate, ensuring food items meet park and food safety standards, and preparing each kiosk for daily use.

 

Candidates will interact daily with park guests, providing an experience the guest will never forget by providing outstanding customer service. Successful communication through eye contact, courteous verbal interactions, and prompt service are required. Candidates will prepare and serve menu items, and restock and clean each location, while following park policies regarding food safety, cleanliness and hygiene, and employee safety.

 

A limited number of positions for candidates ages 16 and 17 are available.
