Full Time Entertainment Supervisor - Costuming & Crafts Production
The Costuming & Crafts Production Supervisor position requires proven leadership, demonstrated effective communication and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven positive outlook, demonstrated successful negotiation, collaboration and problem solving skills.
The Costuming & Crafts Production Supervisor:
Translates designs & implements execution of garment and craft construction in accordance with park and department goals and objectives.
Is responsible for projection, execution & supervision of Costuming and Crafts budgets.
Leads Costuming and Crafts production training and development, evaluation, personnel performance management, and department safety initiatives.
Actively participates in the hiring and advancement decision making process for Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal Costume Technicians.
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
BA in Theatre, Theatre Arts, Costume Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
2 years professional supervisory experience in a costume shop environment preferred.
1 year experience supervising execution of budgets preferred.
2 years professional entertainment experience preferred.
2 years professional costume shop work experience preferred.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Possesses a valid Driver’s License and is able to operate motor vehicles.
