Full Time Group Supervisor - Culinary

Applicants for this position will be considered for Culinary Group Supervisor positions at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

 

The Group Supervisor - Culinary is responsible for:

 

Engage, lead, coach, evaluate and discipline team to perform to company standards and department objectives.

Meet and exceed EBITDA goals; revenue, per cap, cost of sales, labor and other operating expenses.

Establish and execute team member safety plan.

Ensure food quality standards are consistently met through daily use of established tools.

Supervise day-to-day food safety, sanitation and cleanliness programs.

Supervise daily alcohol service program to ensure compliance.

Execute daily maintenance and facility integrity programs.

Execute plan for implementation of capital and expense projects.

Participate in culinary manager program.

Establish and execute the strategic plan.

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

High School Diploma/GED required

College Degree preferred

1 year supervisory experience preferred

Excellent computer skills in business applications, ability to analyze & understand financial reports

Must possess ability to obtain ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification upon selection.

Knowledge of Virginia ABC laws

Bakery and Catering positions require a valid VA Driver's license and qualification to drive a company vehicle
