Primary purpose and function of the Group Supervisor, Guest Arrival:
Oversee daily Guest Arrival operation at a high quality. Primary functions include ensuring high levels of safety, service, and efficiency in both the Guest Parking and Front Gate areas. Train & develop supervisors. Other functions include administrative tasks to support overall business objectives. Participate in Guest Arrival Duty Manager rotation overseeing all aspects of Guest Arrival functions.
The Group Supervisor, Guest Arrival is responsible to:
Develop and monitor adherence to standard operating and safety procedures through 5 Assistant Business Unit Supervisors.
Manage, through direct reports, the hiring and discipline, training, development, scheduling, evaluation and supervision of approximately 400 employees.
Hire, train, develop and monitor the performance of key supervision.
Assist in the Development and monitoring of budgets for expense management.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
High School Diploma.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Proven strong human relations, organizational and problem solving skills.
Three years Guest Arrival or Theme Park experience preferred.
Two years supervisory/leadership experience required.
