Full Time Marketing Coordinator (Consumer Activation)
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the following:
EMAIL DEVELOPMENT - Coordinate with marketing and park representatives to develop/support compelling content and create web HTML design for e-newsletters, e-cards, notifications, surveys and other e-communication to Members, local and tourist households. Serve as the primary Williamsburg marketing contact to the corporate email agency for testing, email updates, scheduling and approval of email communications. Submit all list requests needed for each unique email.
REPORT ANALYSIS - Create and analyze email reports for unique open and click-thru trends, email and content effectiveness, opt-in and opt-out behavior patterns to draw insightful information to make recommendations to drive email marketing and web/mobile visitation.
TOURIST MARKET - Assist in development of media, retail/other programs in key tourist markets, provide necessary assets, draw up contracts, manage sweepstakes prizing, follow-up on execution.
Develop relationship with influencers/bloggers residing in tourist markets, coordinate park visits and follow up on postings.
Candidates with the following education, skills and experience will be considered:
High school diploma required
Marketing related associate's or bachelor's degree required
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email/web
