IHV Guest Services Clerk
Assist residents in every aspect. Assist in team planning and daily operation strategies. To be the central point of communication between the IHV team, its residents and all park departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordination and Information relay between residents, team members, other departments, sponsors, agencies, Employment and Records.
Coordinate resident check in and out as well as coordinating/ organizing IHV orientations, park orientations, drug testing, Social Security and other processes necessary to begin work.
Maintaining IHV rental property, (bicycles, sports equipment, etc.) Assisting in coordinating transport, special events, pickups, or call ins.
Answering and directing calls. Maintaining office and resident files through Property Management Software
At least 18 years old
2-3 years clerical/administrative experience preferred
High school diploma or equiv.
Excellent verbal and communication skills and cultural appreciation
