IHV Guest Services Clerk


Assist team member-residents in every aspect. Perform a diverse set of tasks including front desk reception, providing information, check-in and check-out, and taking credit card payments . Function efficiently as the central point of communication between the IHV team, its residents and all park departments. Thrive in serving an exceptionally culturally diverse clientele.


Duties and Responsibilities

Coordination and information relay between residents, team members, and other departments.

Coordinate resident check in and out with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams

Maintaining IHV rental property, (bicycles, sports equipment, etc.)

Assisting in coordinating transport, special events, pickups, or call ins.

Answering and directing calls.

Maintaining office and resident files through Property Management Software

Process rent payments and daily till balancing.

Sorting, issuing, and logging mail, courier, and delivery service items.

Perform a limited number of HR functions in cooperation with the park HR team.


At least 18 years old

2-3 years clerical/administrative experience preferred

High school diploma or equiv.

Computer proficient

Excellent verbal, communication skills, and cultural appreciation

Strong attention to detail and precision
