IT Systems Support Technician

The IT Systems Support Tech is responsible for:

Providing direct support for in park systems to include system installation, troubleshooting, repairs and problem resolution

Conducting and maintaining equipment inventories

Contacting vendors for service calls and shipping equipment out for repairs as required

Assisting with user account administration and general IT Service Desk support

Repairing, configuring and supporting park telecommunications and radio systems

Other duties as assigned

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

2 years experience working with Windows operating systems, networking, and system troubleshooting

1 year computer related education, technical degree preferred and/or certifications preferred

1 year experience supporting telecommunications systems preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to work independently, providing timely resolution of customer needs

Commitment to providing World Class service through positive, productive communication with internal customers and corporate team members

Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, holidays; full availability preferred

Must be able to lift 30 lbs., navigate park terrain and work in extreme temperatures

Must satisfy company driving requirements to operate a company vehicle
