Park Ops Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION OF JOB:

 

The primary purpose and function of the Logistics Coordinator is to ensure team member scheduling, training & tracking are met in a timely and accurate fashion. The position also includes other administrative duties that support business functions.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Scheduling team members (daily schedules, training schedules, specialty classes schedules), verifying availabilities and days off

Track training documentation, monitor completion percentages and assist with in - park auditing.

Complete weekly reports that monitor department processes and communicate information to managers, group supervisors, and assistant supervisors.

Update Team Manage, requisition files, and location staffing reports weekly to ensure the appropriate amount of team members are hired into each location.

Assist Supervisors in maintaining a presence and visibility with team members through in person meetings, phone calls, and time spent in the park.

Role Model Operations commitments to Service, Safety and Quality through work ethic and job performance.

Assist operations teams in rides and Guest Arrival as needed.

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Computer experience in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

One year Busch Gardens or Water Country experience preferred

One year scheduling experience preferred

Open availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills required.

 Ability to self-motivate and complete tasks independently required
