Park Ops Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION OF JOB:

 

The primary purpose and function of the Logistics Coordinator is to ensure team member scheduling, training & tracking are met in a timely and accurate fashion. The position also includes other administrative duties that support business functions.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Scheduling team members (daily schedules, training schedules, specialty classes schedules), verifying availabilities and days off, tracking training documentation, auditing team members and training.

Tracking training documentation, auditing team members and training.

Communicate team member tracking to Group and Assistant Business Unit Supervisors. Assist with training as necessary.

Update TeamManage, verify availability and update staffing levels weekly to ensure the appropriate level of team members are hired into each location

Ensure World Class Service by maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring leadership are role models, complete World Class Service audits, be creative in keeping an exciting work place, work with Team Members, engaging with them daily.

Assist Supervisors in area, working with team members in position

Role Model SEA policies & procedures and maintain a strong work ethic.

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Computer experience, strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks

1 year Busch Gardens or Water Country experience preferred

1 year scheduling experience preferred

Must have open availability and be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
