Jump into the fun this season as a Photography Specialist Photography specialists work with state of the art DSLR cameras and digital photo editing software. With multiple digital photography locations around the park, this position offers ambassadors the unique ability to utilize both customer service and photography skills. Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exemplary service to guests.
Approach and interact with guests to encourage the capturing of photos of guests at various locations.
Produce quality photographs while meeting or exceeding photo quotas.
Process digital photos using photo imaging programs.
Assist guests with photo selection and up-sell packages to guests at point of sale, using suggestive selling techniques.
Sell, display and stock merchandise, frames, etc.
Consistently demonstrate courteous and professional behavior in all work aspects with team members and guests.
Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), lifting and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain organization of area including but not limited to cleanliness, proper product storage and product dating / rotation.
Maintain a professional appearance that meets grooming and safety standards.
Perform and complete assigned tasks from management as needed, quickly and efficiently.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.
Be able to stand, walk and work for long periods of time while carrying camera equipment weighing up to 20lbs.
Ability to operate a digital camera; knowledge of photo imaging programs preferred.
Must be comfortable interacting with large groups of people and providing excellent customer service.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of photo imaging problems preferred.
Must be able to process monetary transactions with accuracy, specifically adept at retail math.
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays and nights.
Compliance with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department train requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines.
