Receptionist (Culinary)

Must be available weekends


The Culinary Receptionist is responsible for the following:

Record and provide written documentation of all team member attendance related matters

Prepare and maintain personnel files to include attendance and changes in employment status

Report and document all vendor maintenance issues. Maintain orders.

Greet visitors and manage guest, parent, and cast member inquiries.

Receive and direct all incoming telephone calls, messages and emails

Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and routine clerical duties, as required.

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

High School Diploma

One year clerical experience

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficient PC skills in Windows environment; strong multi-tasking skills
