Trainer- Culinary Operations

Effectively train and educate new team members, including but not limited to the following-

Educate and train new team members on the guest experience

Conduct classroom education experiences focused on food safety, guest service, and general park knowledge

Achieve high level of team member satisfaction

Ensure a positive guest experience through team member training

Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members

Comply with all department and company standards and government regulations

Complete duties as assigned


High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Possess ability to multi-task, conduct oneself in a professional manner and be punctual

Ability to become ServSafe Food Safety Managers certified

Ability to become ServSafe Responsible Alcohol Service certified

Possess basic computer skills

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, early mornings and late nights
